Overview
Programmers and Web Developers working for OneWebsite must also be Webmasters BUT the PRIMARY ROLE is for WordPress Theme and Plugin development, customization, installation and development on multiple sites at any one time.
In order to qualify for this position, the successful candidate will have had at least 1 full year of experience working closely with WordPress CORE, Themes and Plugins. We would love it if you have already developed your own Theme or Plugin.
Responsibilities
- Developing new Themes and Plugins working with the Team Leader / Project Manager
- Installing and Configuring WordPress websites, Plugins and Themes
- Patching Themes and Plugins
- Web Hosting, Domain Name, Cpanel, Email and other Website Administrative Tasks
- Write custom, one-off scripts when needed
- Contribute insights into new features and workflow
- Manage and Integrate Web-based CRM (InfusionSoft) to create forms for E-commerce, List Building and Email Marketing
Requirements
- CAN DEVELOP PLUGINS FROM SCRATCH - If you can’t do this, please don’t apply.
- Your own computer with high-speed internet Access
- LAMP Stack Expert (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- HTML 5, CSS3 and Javascript Proficiency (We don’t expect you to be a designer or even dedicated Front-End Developer, but you need to hold your own here)
- Subversion versioning development environment experience
