siteManager - Content Management System

siteManager is web-based software that allows for the management of the Clients website and the content of the website. Each website will have a "Login" link. The Client will enter their username and password and will be take to their "Back End". The Back End is what siteManager is and where you will Manage your Website.

Dashboard

The first place you see when you sign into SiteManager is your dashboard. This is simply a page to show you an overview of your website. You will see your Navigation Options, Messages from Onewebsite and Latest Activity

Content Pages

Driving your website is an application called a Content Management System or CMS - We call it SiteManager. Obviously the main use for this appliction is to Manage you Content by changing the text, links, images and navigation of your website. Using SiteManager you will be able to keep your content current without the need of a third party. Onewebsite will empower you by teaching you how to manage your website, therefor eliminating future costs and headaches associated with relying on someone else.

Weblog Publishing

Your Onewebsite Solution includes a Periodical Publishing Application. This means you can publish Articles, Newsletters and other Content that would not otherwise fit into the main Content Pages of your Website. Viewers of your website can Register and Subscribe to you posts so that they can recieve your Articles automatically when you publish them. This Feature is commonly called a Blog or Weblog

Manage Spam

Askimet is a plugin designed to filter out efforts of Spammers to post comments on your Page or Post so that a link to their website might positively influence their Google PageRank.

People can subscribe to your Comments just like they subscribe to your Weblog Published Posts.

Comment System

Each Page or Post has the ability for viewers to leave a comment. You will be notified when the comment is made and it will be placed in Moderation for you to approve it before it is published on your Website. This is a great way to encourage communication with your audience and build a relationship with viewers.

Media Uploads

You can upload Images and Other files such as Microsoft Word Documents, and Adobe PDF's to include in your Website. Images can be placed in your Content or a Gallery (optional). Files can be linked to for Viewers to download to their computers.

Multiple Users

Your Website has many Users including yourself. You are the Administrator of you Website which is the highest level of authority. As an Admin you can Manage you Content, add new Users and Moderate Comments (an much more). Viewers who register also become Users. You can assign greater Priviledges as your relationship builds over time making them Contributors or Authors.
